I. Installation Method for LED Wall Washer Lights

1. Preparation

(1) Before installing the LED wall washer lights, first solder the tin strips and soldering iron to the aluminum substrate to be used during installation.

(2) Inspect the materials already installed. If there are any issues, negotiate a refund or exchange, and then prepare the installation toolkit.

2. Inspection

To ensure installation quality, check the soldering board again, power it on to test if it illuminates properly to avoid having to dismantle and reconnect due to good soldering conditions.

3. If the bulb is normal, first apply thermal silicone on the back of the aluminum substrate, then place the circuit board inside the housing.

4. Soldering

(1) Solder the power lines to the positive and negative poles of the aluminum substrate, secure both ends with tape, and firmly fix them with glue.

(2) During the pouring process, ensure it is evenly flat without skewing or crouching, as this will impact the installation result.

5. If using glue, take out the remaining accounts in the afternoon of the same day, then remove the glass and insert the ends of the wall washer light.

6. After installation, connect the wall washer light, paying attention to the socket interface. Avoid incorrect connections, preferably connect one by one, insert male and female as per the manual.

7. When making a finished lamp, first turn on the power, then turn on the switch for testing, and check for normal operation. If abnormal, retest and adjust.

II. Precautions for Installing LED Wall washer Lights

1. Before installation, please turn off the power supply to avoid improper electric shock.

2.Check the voltage indicated on the wall washer light and connect it to the same input voltage. If different, it is better not to connect to avoid LED damage.

3. Improper use will shorten its lifespan; do not use in places with strong acid mist.

4. During installation and transportation, be cautious of shock; otherwise, it's easy to cause damage.

5. Before installation, ensure the installation site. After installation, if there's any swaying, check it.

6. If the fixture malfunctions, keep the fixture in one place and then return it to the company for inspection and repair.

7. If the lamp's electrical wire is damaged, stop using it immediately.
