The high-temperature resistance of PMMA is generally less than 80-90°C, while PC can withstand temperatures between 110-130°C. Electronic-grade (including reflective materials) PMMA and PC materials electronic optical private molds (with precision less than 0.1um) are both excellent choices for lenses. When comparing the actual effectiveness of the period, the light is more detailed, and the chromaticity is more than 10% higher; it is not easy to produce core shadow spots. Enclosure: The casing of LED wall washers is almost entirely made of extruded aluminum, with higher-quality ones being treated through surface anodization. The difference is that untreated softening traces cannot be washed away, but processed softening traces can be wiped off. What's critical is the size and specifications of the casing, the total area of heat dissipation and the importance of the weight itself. The heat dissipation index should not be too high to create a stable and suitable thermal equilibrium point, preventing damage to the LED beads due to prolonged heating.

In comparison, it's recommended to choose 24V low voltage direct drive products. On the one hand, this comes from a consideration of personal safety, especially when used in wooden structures such as classical buildings, boardwalks, etc. Compared to high-voltage driving products, they have higher safety performance. On the other hand, specific data analysis shows that over 80% of the reasons for LED wall washers' poor performance occur in a push form, whereas low direct drive products eliminate the poor factors due to pushing unless the LED beads are defective.
Without the standard of complete testing instruments, how to distinguish the quality of LED wall washers? Appearance is a key point in checking quality. The design should be exquisite, with no dull angles. A good hue is the color of oxidation, the oxidation of the internal and external air. This is because the heat sinks and lighting fixtures of LED wall washers are usually made of metallic aluminum. Only aluminum materials with higher purity can air oxidize to a better air oxidation color, ensuring the use of authentic aluminum LED wall washers. High lighting efficiency is the main reason people use LED wall washers; it's to better protect the environment and save energy, offering a great cost to performance ratio.
