LED underwater lights utilize LED technology for illumination beneath water. Compared to traditional underwater lights LED underwater lights are more energy-efficient, offer a variety of lighting options, and have a decorative quality, making them widely used in various landscape lighting systems. However, as a manufacturer of LED lights, there are some important issues to pay attention to during the installation of LED underwater lights.
2. Anti-static measures should be taken. During the processing, manufacturing, and installation of LED underwater lights, certain anti-static measures should be implemented, such as grounding work tables, and wearing anti-static clothing, wrist straps, and anti-static gloves by workers. If possible, anti-static ion fans can be installed, and the humidity should be kept around 65% during installation to avoid static electricity generated by too dry air. Additionally, LED underwater lights of different quality grades have varying levels of anti-static ability, with higher-quality grades having stronger anti-static properties.
3. Pay attention to the sealing of LED products. All outdoor LED lights, especially LED underwater lights, face moisture-proofing and sealing challenges. Poor handling of sealing issues can directly affect the lifespan of LED underwater light products.
