Working Principle of
LED Wall Washer Lights: Due to the relatively substantial size and efficient heat dissipation capabilities of
LED wall washer lights, they can operate on two types of working voltages: AC220V and DC24V. Currently, the use of high-voltage
wall washers is on the decline because their stability is not guaranteed at low voltage. Therefore, the basic construction standard is now DC24V constant current supply or constant current. The brightness of the lights in series does not change with variations in current!
During installation and maintenance, the wall washer lights can only operate when the power is cut off.
The fixtures are only suitable for installation on generally non-combustible materials, and at no time should materials or items be placed on the fixtures.
The fixtures should be wired correctly. For high-voltage wiring: connect the red wire to live, the deep black wire to earth, and the yellow wire to the neutral line. For low voltage 24V connection: connect the red wire to the power supply V+, and the deep black wire to the power supply V-. Ensure perseverance. After wiring, the coil should be twisted tightly to prevent water ingress when inverted. Otherwise, it could cause water ingress and damage the fixture.
There should be no corrosive, flammable, or explosive media around the wall washer light.
The components of the wall washer light bracket must be handled patiently to prevent accidents due to usage and other circumstances.
The operating temperature for the wall washer lights is -10°C to 40°C.
Wall washer lights are equipped with 1W
LED sources, with power configurations of 12x1W, 18x1W, 24x1W, and 36x1W.
The shield of the wall washer light is made from 3mm tempered glass. If damaged, please return to the factory for repairs and do not attempt to replace it yourself.
To ensure the fixture's normal lifespan, it should not operate continuously for extended periods. After about 8 hours of standard usage, the power should be cut off in real-time. After the light body has cooled (approximately 20 minutes), the fixture can be re-lit from the beginning.
This light is completely sealed. After installation or maintenance, it must be ensured that its sealing is functioning correctly before use. The protection level of this type of light is IP65; it is not suitable for scenarios prone to water accumulation or underwater use.
