Design and Assembly of LED Wall Washer Lights

The lamp housing is made of aluminum alloy, featuring sharp lines, a simple structure, an appealing look, durability, and corrosion resistance, with convenient installation. The lamp surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, making it resistant to high temperatures and weather. The reflector utilizes imported anodized aluminum plates to ensure high light output. The 3 mm thick high-strength tempered glass offers high light transmission and impact resistance.

LED wall washer lights use special anti-aging thermal conductive silicone for sealing. The professional mounting bracket allows for easy adjustment of the lighting projection angle, with horizontal adjustment for quick and easy installation. Internal control LED wall washer lights don't need an external controller and can have various built-in change modes. External control LED wall washer lights require an external controller to achieve color changes.

Currently, the LED wall washer lamp body is made of aluminum alloy extrusion molding, with an integrated heat dissipation structure design. Compared to the conventional lamp structure, the lamp body's heat dissipation area has increased by over 80%, and the design of airflow heat dissipation channels ensures the LED's light efficiency and lifespan. The external control LED wall washer light system mainly consists of a controller, synchronization cable, LED wall washer lights, and switching power supply.

Colorful high-power LED wall washer lights with internal control have fixed programs with little variation, failing to meet the requirements of most projects. DMX512 external control LED wall washer lights generally use a DC 24V power supply. The conventional aluminum substrate of 12 series circuits and 3 parallel circuits cannot provide a DC 24V power supply. For matching a DMX512 driver board or DMX512 power supply, a specialized board with 6 series and 6 parallel circuits can be directly used for driving.

The cross-sectional area of the core wire of the DMX512 external control wall washer power cord (male-female connection, back wire) must be at least 0.75mm, which can connect up to 8 male and female joints. The public connectors and female connectors of both signal and power cables must have different specifications. It is advised to distinguish them by color and size (the male and female connectors of the power line and the small connector of the signal line).
