To meet the visual needs of different production operations and the requirements for light fixture installation conditions, the reflectors of LED high bay lights should be able to produce a variety of light distributions, both wide and narrow. Reflectors that are painted, glazed in white, or made from materials such as aluminum, glass mirrors, or prismatic glass can achieve broad light distribution, suitable for large areas and workspaces where the working surface is vertical or nearly so. For tall workshops and places with large machines that require individual lighting, reflectors made from materials with strong light control properties, such as prismatic glass, mirror glass, and polished aluminum, can produce narrow beam distributions.
For long-term, reliable operation in dusty, humid, and other harsh environmental conditions
LED high bay lights have special requirements in terms of structural design, housing, and reflectors. In dusty environments, enclosed fixtures or convective fixtures with upward light flow should be used; in humid environments, attention should be paid to the enclosure's seal and the surface treatment of the reflector; generally, open fixtures with porcelain-faced reflectors or aluminum reflectors with a thick layer of aluminum oxide or a protective silicon dioxide film are used indoors. Considering the inevitable vibrations in production sites, light sources should be secured with anti-loosening sockets, among other measures.
LED high bay lights come with various mounting options. General lighting fixtures include ceiling, recessed, suspended (using straight tubes or chains), and wall-mounting types. Portable task lighting is equipped with corresponding hooks, handles, clamps, etc.; fixed task lighting is generally securely fixed to the working machine with screws or a securing mechanism.
Excellent explosion-proof performance, allowing safe use in various flammable and explosive environments.
Utilizes superior imported phosphors to achieve low light decay, high luminous efficiency, and energy-saving and environmental benefits.
Uses brand ballasts to ensure the service life of the LED high bay lights.
Uses crystal lenses for light distribution, suitable for different usage scenarios.
Made from lightweight alloy materials with special sealing and surface coating treatment, ensuring the lights never corrode or rust in humid, high-temperature environments.
Offers multiple installation methods, including sitting and suspending.
Utilizes a transparent structure design to optimize the heat dissipation structure, extending the service life.
Angle fixation guarantees stability in vibrating environments.
