Precautions for Installing LED Wall Washers

Today LED wall washers have been extensively used in lighting projects such as enterprise buildings, government buildings, and the wall lighting of historical buildings. Their application scope is ever-expanding, ranging from indoor to outdoor settings and from localized to comprehensive lighting, indicating a level of improvement and development. In the next few years LED wall washers will become an indispensable part of lighting projects.

1. The connection between offline/online controllers and sub-controllers should not exceed five twisted pairs, with a maximum length of 80 meters.
2. There are eight output ports on the offline controller; each output port can support 172 pixels. Each port can cover 300 meters (including the length of the lights and connecting cables).
3. The maximum number of lights daisy-chained is 16/12. If the number exceeds this, please increase the power input line (use a dedicated tee junction).
4. The total power of each branch must not exceed 80% of the power supply's total output.
5. The power output bus should not exceed 50 meters, with the power supply in the middle, distributed to the left and right.
6. Turn off the power before installation to avoid electric shock due to improper operation.
7. Before installation, please check that the voltage marked on the wall washer matches the input voltage to be connected to avoid damaging the LED wall washer.
8. To ensure the product's service life, please do not use it in places with strong acidic fumes; take care to protect from shocks during installation and transport.
9. Before installation, ensure that the installation position can withstand ten times the weight of the product, and it should be installed on a flat surface without vibrations, swings, or fire hazards.
10. If you find the wires on the light body are damaged, immediately cut off the power and stop using it.
